Aqua Knight Safeguard membership

Our Silver Aqua Guard Membership offers discounts on all Aqua Knight Plumbing service calls, has all diagnostic fees waived, and has our priority VIP booking to ensure your property is taken care of as soon as possible. Once per year, Silver Aqua Guard Members receive our complimentary whole home plumbing inspection, allowing our professional plumbers an opportunity to assess your plumbing and head off any problems before they become expensive disasters.

Along with our home inspection, members also receive complimentary, annual backflow testing (RPZ and Double Check), a required test for properties in Illinois to ensure contaminants are not entering local water supplies. Our Silver Aqua Guard Membership has a value of over $600 annually!

Those with a Gold Aqua Guard Membership receive all of benefits our Silver Members get as well as the choice of two more annual complimentary services. Their choices are either a complimentary kitchen or sewer power rodding (with line camera inspection) OR a complimentary sewer jetting and cleaning from an outside clean-out which also comes with a complimentary sewer line camera inspection. Our Gold Aqua Guard Membership has a value of over $1200 per year in additional benefits!

Our Platinum Aqua Guard Membership package has all the same benefits of our Silver Aqua Guard tier as well, but includes our additional warranty coverage on all items installed by Aqua Knight Plumbing (with the exception of faucets). Manufacture warranties typically cover parts and labor on their equipment, but the duration of labor coverage is usually much shorter. With our extended warranty for our Platinum Members, we cover the warranties on both parts and labor for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Complimentary annual tankless water heater maintenance is included to extend the item’s warranty coverage. Water heaters typically have either 6 year warranties or 10 year warranties on their parts alone and only 1 year for labor. Tankless water heaters have 15 year limited warranties on their heat exchangers and 5 years on the other equipment, but only 1 year of coverage for labor. Sump pumps are covered for 3 years for parts and 1 year for labor. With our extended coverage, it fully covers both parts and labor and is designed to give you worry-free protection for years.

Along with those benefits listed above, the Platinum Members also receive the choice of additional services. Members get to select two of the following annual options: a complimentary kitchen power rodding, a sewer power rodding (with line camera inspection), or a complimentary sewer jetting and cleaning from an outside clean-out which also comes with a complimentary sewer line camera inspection. The Platinum Aqua Guard Membership has a value of over $2400 per year!

Complimentary backflow testing may require municipal filing fees that are not covered by any of our Aqua Guard Memberships and costs vary from municipality to municipality. Our memberships can be cancelled at any point. However, if any annual service has been completed prior to the end of a full year of membership, the customer agrees to pay for the annual services in full.
